The Committee should ensure that a list of member multi state cooperative society is prepared in Form loon the last date of each cooperative year and is inspection by a member of the society. A list drawn in Form 10 should be su the members on payment of cooperative society . 10 per 100 members or part thereof. Such lis also be sent to the Registrar atleast 14 days before the general meeting fixed to members of the Committee.cooperative society arising among members, past through members, past members and deceased members and the members or its Committee or officers or between the society any past Committee or officers or between the society and any other cooperative society should be referred to the Registrar for decision. Civil Courts have no ertain suits or other proceedings relating.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the rules and without prejudice to the generality of the powers of the Central Government in sub-section(1) of the section 35, the election of the members of the board of directors of national cooperative societies specified in the Second Schedule to the Act and such other multi-State cooperative societies or class of multi State cooperative societies, as the Central Government may, by general or special order notify, shall be conducted by such returning officers as may be appointed by the Central Registrar in this behalf. The election in such societies, shall be conducted in the manner hereinafter provided.
Every nomination paper shall be presented in person or sent by registered post as acknowledgement due, by the candidate himself or his proposer or seconder to the returning officer or any person authorised by him in this behalf, so as to reach him before the date and hour specified in the notice of meeting as per paragaraph2(g). The returning officer or any officer authorised by him who receives the nomination paper shall enter on the nomination paper its serial number and certify the date and hour at which the nomination paper is received by him and shall immediately give a written acknowledgement for the receipt of the nomination papers if presented in person, which shall also bear the seal of the cooperative society. The returning officer shall, at the close of the time fixed for the receipt of nomination papers, prepare and display on the notice board of the society, a list of nomination received by him.
